Lazy Week

Yikes. I've really fallen off the wagon this week. I can blame the head cold I had at the start of the week, or my sore knees and back, or my daily exhaustion, but the real truth is I just didn't want too.

I rented a pilates gentle back workout from Netflix so hoping that will be good and get me back to a regular routine. I also need to go swimming since that will be less stressful on my joints, but that's harder to get motivated for in the cold weather.

I'm going to need to ramp of the number of wrokout per week to get back on track, but I can do it!

    I skipped a whole week and then worked out most days this last week to make up for it. It sucked, but I am glad I did it and now will do an average of 4 times a week again.
