Lilly Workout 28

I feel like I should start cutting and pasting... I ran on the treadmill again this morning. Would love to change it up, but as I've said, it is tough at 5:30 a.m.

Best part: Wasn't feeling too motivated, but still ran for 35 minutes.

Best Part: ran faster then normal again and still was easily able to run 30 minutes of the 45 minute workout.

Best part: I got up at 5:15 to do this run and I ran at a faster pace, but still ran 2 miles and felt great!

Best part: running 2 of the 3 miles of it again with no problem at all.

Weight: 172 (-6)... wishing it was more, but we'll see now that I am being more consistent with workouts.

Lilly Workout 18

40 minutes fast walk on treadmill then sit-ups

Best part: to switch it up a bit, I walked on an incline instead of running. I could really feel my legs working more than when I run. It was good to do some sit-ups after too and get more of a balanced workout.

On another note, I do want to stop relying on the treadmill and start getting out more, but for now, it has been tough because it is so easy just to hop on it!

Best part: I always walk fast and run...this time I told myself that I would run 2 miles of it and I did!

Lazy Week

Yikes. I've really fallen off the wagon this week. I can blame the head cold I had at the start of the week, or my sore knees and back, or my daily exhaustion, but the real truth is I just didn't want too.

I rented a pilates gentle back workout from Netflix so hoping that will be good and get me back to a regular routine. I also need to go swimming since that will be less stressful on my joints, but that's harder to get motivated for in the cold weather.

I'm going to need to ramp of the number of wrokout per week to get back on track, but I can do it!
