In the next 12 weeks, starting Sunday May 1st, we will work out at least 4 times a week, or 48 times. A workout is any aerobic activity for at least 30 minutes, or a weight or streching/yoga workout of at least 45 minutes.
Post here about each workout. Keep it positive - post about what you did, not what you didn’t do.

Workout 15: Ran 3 miles on the treadmill.

At the end of the 12 weeks, we’ll pick the next challenge. Maybe 60 workouts in 12 weeks, or 5 times a week.
