Lilly Workout 1 and 2

I ran on the treadmill both Sunday and tonight.

Sunday: it was great that I could run so easily after MANY months off! Ran about 2 miles plus walking (35 minutes).

Tuesday: Planned to only walk since motivation was low, but did run for about a mile when I got into it! Went about 2.5 miles all together (45 minutes)

Starting weight (Sunday): 178 (ouch!)

Ang Workout 1

30 minutes spinning on exercise bike*
Best part of workout: How easy it was to start -just pulled out the bike and started pedaling
Weight at start: 137 lbs

*workout interrupted by grumpy sick Adele, but I got back on & finished up the workout!
