Lilly Workout 18

40 minutes fast walk on treadmill then sit-ups

Best part: to switch it up a bit, I walked on an incline instead of running. I could really feel my legs working more than when I run. It was good to do some sit-ups after too and get more of a balanced workout.

On another note, I do want to stop relying on the treadmill and start getting out more, but for now, it has been tough because it is so easy just to hop on it!
