Lilly Workout 4

40 minute treadmill run

Best part: I ran most of it (about 2 miles of the 2.5 miles I went) and, for the first time all week, felt great the whole time. Starting to hit the workout stride I think!

Weight at workout (I will weigh on Sundays): 173.2 (-4.8)
